Welcome to our personal training program.

Some information you need to know:

Locking a slot.

We do not lock members into buying packages of sessions.  We like to say, “we are only as good as our last session”.  More information can be seen by clicking here.  Though packages are not sold, we do suggest “locking your slot”.  It is best for you to stick on a program and be consistent.  If you lock a slot, you will know when you are training and it will keep your trainer from filling a time you may desire with another client.

Cancellation policy.

Since scheduling is tight and we do not lock members into buying packages of sessions, we do need to go over our cancellation policy.  When an appointment is made, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy if the appointment needs to be cancelled.  If you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, it is a billable session, unless for a medical or family emergency.  This cancellation goes both ways.  If for some reason your trainer ever needs to cancel a session with you with less than 24 hours notice, unless for a medical or family emergency, then we will give you your next session free.  It’s necessary to do this because with less than 24 hours, your trainer does not have enough time to fill the slot with someone that is on standby for a session.  And of course, if we are going to bill a client for giving less than 24 hours to cancel, it’s only right that it goes both ways.  Thanks for your understanding.
